Narsap Ilua beach

Beach near Narsaq and the geologically interesting Kuannersuaq to the Northwest.
Kuannersuaq is home to one of the largest deposits of rare earth elements only surpassed by China.
However the Greenland government is hessitant to allow mining because of the ore containing a small percentage of uranium.
