De Spaanse architect en pleinontwerper Jordi Farrando tekende voor het vernieuwde Koningin Astridplein. We zien het Centraal Station met er naast de ingang van de dierentuin. Tegenover het station aan de andere kant van het plein zien we het majestueuse Radisson hotel met in haar kelders het Aquatopia.
