Milan: Saint Sebastian Temple (Tempio)
Milan

The "Tempio di San Sebastiano", Saint Sebastian Temple, is a small yet delightfull church in the center of Milan. It was built around the end of 16th century as a thanksgiving for the end of the terrible plague that ended January 20th 1578. The promoter was the famous Cardinal Borromeo, Archbishop of Milan, who became Saint Carlo (Charles) Borromeo in 1610.
