Annaberg-Buchholz, Lower Church Square with Monument of Martin Luther

Das Denkmal stammt vom Bildhauer Völker aus dem Jahre 1883. Hinter diesem sieht man die berühmte St. Annenkirche (erbaut 1499-1525), welche die größte reine Hallenkirche (Länge 65, Breite 40 m) der Spätgotik in Sachsen darstellt. Die Turmhöhe ist 78 Meter.
