Dechanei Höxter

Eines der ältesten und gewiß schönsten Gebäude der Stadt ist das Haus der Dechanei in der Stadtmitte. Wie bei nur wenigen Bauten lassen sich seine Geschichte und Bauverhältnisse weit in die Vergangenheit zurückverfolgen. Es steht in den gegenwärtigen Ausmaßen seit dem Jahre 1561, abgesehen von geringfügigen Änderungen, und ist ein besonders beeindruckendes Beispiel für die Baukunst der Frührenaissance; wahrscheinlich geht es aber in seiner Grundstruktur ins hohe Mittelalter zurück.

In his traverses across the lands he caused there to be the Mulheim Bridge in Cologne, as did he make the Mercury fountain, Mercury being of his nature.But it is to the mighty Thor that the Hammering Man gives service.Between the time of the Nordic old ones and that of modern Frankfort there may have been a T.Rex or two on the scene.
