Hier bei Wadi el Arab begegnet man einer riesigen Sanddüne, die Steil in den Nassersee herabfällt.

Ein Wüstenwunder der Natur, das zum Teil im Wasser versenkt ist. Dieser Geheimtipp kann man nur auf
einer Wanderkreuzfahrt besuchen, am Besten mit der Nubiana oder der Ganoub. Die Morgenwanderung führte
uns von hinten an die Dünenkrete, wo wir dann barfuss hinunterlaufen durften und dann ein Bad im klaren
Wasser am Fusse der Düne geniessen konnten. Was für ein Erlebnis!
