龜吼漁港位於萬里鄉龜吼村內，在翡翠灣海水浴場北側，係將村前石灘炸挖而成。本漁港於48年起由台北縣府陸續投資興建。因規模小航道淺且無陸上設施，船筏出入困難。

自75年度起至78年度共分四個年度予以擴建，未來預定於西側灘地繼續擴建港區，以增加泊地供船隻停靠使用。龜吼漁港毗鄰北部濱海公路，對外交通便利，配合觀發展觀光漁業後更為當地帶來繁榮。
