Carlsbad Caverns, New Mexico

Your Looking the Hall of Giants which is part of Carlsbad Caverns New Mexico. I shoot this back in 2001 using a 35mm camera and 1500 iso film which was petty much state of the art of the time. Here's a hint,park service woun't let you use a tripod off trail so buy a ticket for the elevator the night before and get on the first elevator trip of the morning. You'll have the Kings room petty much to your self for about 45 mins till the people coming down from the natural entrance start arriving.

New Mexico is a state located in the southwestern region of the United States. Inhabited by Native American populations for many centuries, it has also been part of the Imperial Spanish viceroyalty of New Spain, part of Mexico, and a U.S. territory. Among U.S. states, New Mexico has the highest percentage of Hispanics at 45% (2008 estimate), being descendants of Spanish colonists and recent immigrants from Latin America. It also has the third-highest percentage of Native Americans after Alaska and Oklahoma, and the fifth-highest total number of Native Americans after California, Oklahoma, Arizona, and Texas.
