San Domenico ist ein einschiffiger Kirchenbau aus dem 13.Jahrhundert. Seine Wände sind mit Fresken reich geschmückt, die bis ins 15.Jahrhundert hinein von lokalen Künstlern angefertigt worden sind. Wichtigstes Kunstwerk ist das über dem Altar schwebende Kreuz, das zwischen 1260 und 1270 von Cimabue geschaffen worden ist. Cimabue war der Spitzname des Florentiner Künstlers Cenni di Pepo der später zum Lehrmeister Giottos wurde.

The regional capital is Florence and the other provinces are: Arezzo, Grosseto, Livorno, Lucca, Massa, Pisa, Pistoia, Prato and Siena.
