Westlich des Grand Canyon Village befinden sich mehrere Aussichtpunkte, die nur mit Bus, Fahrrad oder zu Fuß erreicht werden können. einer dieser Aussichtpunkte ist der Powell Point in der Nähe des Powell Denkmals.
