Yichang Museum
Hubei Province

The Yichang Museum located at Hubei Province Yichang Yiling main road 61, the area 9700 square meters, the construction occupies a land area of 3825 square meters, dwelling the floor space 8000 square meters. The exhibition building is three constructions in the style of antiquity. The existing staff 65 people, are equipped with the office, the archaeology department, the exhibition department, the populace service department, the storage department, ancient to construct organizations and so on folk custom laboratory, books reference room, department of health service and human affairs finance section. the this hall predecessor was in April, 1980 tenable Yichang area Museum, in April, 1992 Yichang prefecture merge, changed the name as Yichang Museum . The new dwelling completed in August, 1993 and is open to the society.
