Jhonglihe Memorial Hall
Taiwan

Jhonglihe Memorial Hall was founded in 1979 by a number of respected intellectuals including Lin Hai-yin, Chung Chao-cheng, Yeh Shih-tao, Cheng Ching-wen, Li Qiao, and Zhang Liang-ze. It is located in the foothills of Jian Mountain in Meinong District, where Chung spent the latter part of his life. The hall displays Chung’s writings and life information, including his desk, bookshelves, glasses, seals, and even the tablets he used for writing when sitting in the shade of papaya trees. His collection of books, newspaper clippings, and correspondence with friends, originals, diaries, photos, and also research data on Chung are all on display.
