Taiwan

Built in 1915, Guangshan Temple was mainly for the worship of Guangong. During the Japanese Occupation, it played an important role in disseminating the Han and Confucius cultures as it was used as a place for religious gatherings and events. The temple’s main building is of a classic Chinese temple style with construction techniques from Japan. The building is surrounded by an open park, presenting a serene, august atmosphere.
