Mên-an-Tol
England

Mên-an-Tol (meaning 'holed stone') is thought to be part of the remains of a Bronze Age stone circle or possibly the entrance to a now vanished tomb.

In later tradition, children where put through the hole naked and against the sun three times in the belief that it would cure rickets and women went through the stone seven times backwards as an aid to fertility.
