Шухова, смонтированная им и являющаяся точной копией известной телевизионной башни в Москве. В Полибинской усадьбе в разные годы бывали Л.Н. Толстой и Виктор Васнецов, Ольга Книппер-Чехова и члены семьи Марины Цветаевой. Поднимались на Шуховскую башню А. Ахматова и А. Солженицын;
