Amorbach Fürstliche Abteikirche2010
Franconie

“Amorbach” is a small town in Lower Franconia. It´s finding in the Bavarian “Odenwald” and belongs to the district of “Miltenberg”. In 2003 “Amorbach” was 750 years old. However, before 1300 years, the Benedictine founded the monastery Amorbach. The Romanesque church was built. Then 260 years ago, the old buildings torn down and the new church was built in the style of Baroque. An incomparably beautiful baroque church with other buildings. For example the three-story library. And of course, the church is the central focus.
