The town of Bad Staffelstein is located in the Upper Franconian district of Lichtenfels, in the "Garden of God ", which has many attractions. These include the Basilica of the Fourteen Saints, built by Balthasar Neumann, as well as the monastery and Castle Banz. We are here in front of the impressive northeast facade of the Basilica Vierzehnheiligen (german), the well-known Catholic Rococo pilgrimage site.
