Diamond Terrace 1 Bedroom Unit
East Village
Diamond Terrace is a 14-story high-rise located right next to the ballpark on the corners of 9th and K in the Ballpark District. Street level retail includes 7-11, Quizno's subs, and subs/pizza restaurant "Basic." In addition, it is right across the street from the brand new condo-office building Diamond View Tower which will house the new downtown corporate offices of Cox Communications. Diamond Terrace is concrete construction and was completed by Intercorp Development in 2005. Monthly HOAs are moderate, as amenities offered are average among downtown complexes. Investment opportunities include views into the ballpark to the south, city views to the north, and a great location in the heart of the Ballpark District. Selling features consists of contemporary designs, great views, rooftop community area, barbeques, and fitness center. The only limitation of Diamond Terrace is the very young population, so the units tend not to be for the older more established investor. However, those investors looking for a fun, energetic, and social atmosphere will feel right at home. In addition, the buyer who prefers not to be impacted by the energy of the ballpark on game day should not consider Diamond Terrace.
