Muresenilor ST | Black Church
Brasov
Black Church (1383 - 1477), previous known as Holy Mary Church, was mostly destroyed by the great fire in 1689, after that being named as we know today. Being known as the biggest worship edifice from south-eastern Europe, the Black Church owns the biggest collection of Persian rugs and the biggest bronze bell (6 tons) from Romania and an impressive 4000 pipes organ. The cathedral that dominate the medieval town center of Brasov, is hosting weekly classical music concerts.
