白沙门公园位于海口市美兰区海甸岛北部，北临琼州海峡。海甸岛是位于海口市区北部的天然岛屿。二十年前原生态的海甸岛，南面是海甸溪，北面是连绵的白沙滩，西侧叫美丽沙，东侧叫白沙门。海口白沙门教育生态公园占地60公顷，北临琼州海峡是一个开放性的市级休闲娱乐公园，于09年1月正式对外开放。白沙门生态公园设计包括：海口年轮、欢乐海洋、夕畔海岸、城市驿站四大旅游主题片区及配套基础设施。以挖掘海口地域、人文精神内核，展现海南历史文化，如白沙津、妈祖神庙、解放战争等，共同营造和谐统一、风情浓郁的海滨休闲大环境。
