Plaza de Caicedo Es la plaza principal dela ciudad de cali, esta en el corazón de la ciudad. Se observa la estatua de Joaquín de Caycedo y Cuero, realizada por Francia y colocada en 1913. Esta plaza fue desde tiempos coloniales el punto central y el lugar en donde se realizaban los grandes espectáculos. Fue plaza de Mercado y parque estilo europeo. Es el lugar más concurrido de Cali; fue el lugar de trabajo, hasta hace poco, de personas que escribia en una peqeña maquina de escribir ganandose el sutento diario hoy en dia esta en el parque de los poetas al aldo del teatro Jorge Isacs.

South America makes up the southern half of the Americas and a large part of Latin America. It's home to the world's longest mountain range, biggest waterfall and largest river -- even these mammoths pale in comparison to the stunning variety of life forms thriving in the rainforest.
