Endless construction. It was a bit surprising to discover modern construction machines on the ancient land of Karnak. Refreshing contrast after being surrounded for hours by the 3000 years old stuff.

Part of the Holy Land, Egypt offers a fascinating mixture of ancient pyramids, temples and other religious monuments.
