Rothenburg Kirchplatz 2012
Franconie

"Rothenburg ob der Tauber" is known for its medieval old town with many nested lanes, towers and half-timbered houses. The Lutheran parish church of St. James is one of the landmark of this city. It is located a few steps away from the marketplace. The most striking feature of the Gothic Church: the two towers are different heights with a difference of 2.5 meters. Must see: Tilman Riemenschneider-Altar.
