Baden with a population of over 18,000 is a town in the canton Aargau in Switzerland. Baden is located on the banks of the river Limmat about 25 kilometres north-west of Zurich. The town has a history for mineral hot springs dating back over 2,000 years to the Roman occupation of the area.
