Termessos , Antalya, Turkey 6

Rockgraves in Termessos. The whole area is covered by a dense vegetation. Walking around here gives a feeling of being an explorer in an unknown place. From the theater, more than 1000m above sea level, you can look down to the Mediterranian Sea. In 334BC Alexander the Great tried to conquer the city without success. The Roman times were the most prosperous for the city and left the most buildings.
