兴国寺位于马栏镇区的前纸村，塔高近百米，雄伟壮观。每年的三月十八日，这里便举行一年一度的庙会。相传从解放初期到今天，从未间断过。可见历史悠久。庙会那天，还会请山西著名的豫剧团来这里大唱，当然来这里观看的人可谋人山人海，不但有本地十里八圈的，还有外省的，甚至连国外的一些游客也来一睹它的风采。
