LA's oldest remaining commercial building The Bradbury Building's "Victorian Futuristic" interior, with its ornate ironsworks and open elevators, has been featured in many great movies. It was the place where the androids were hiding out in Blade Runner. Visitors have access to the ground floor. The LA Conservancy organizes more eleborate tours of the building
The Walt Disney Concert Hall at the Los Angeles Music Center
The spectacular Frank Gehry designed stainless steel building can be seen gleaming in the sunlight from most of downtown Los Angeles. It is the 4th venue and the centerpiece of the Los Angeles Music Center. It was a gift from the late Lillian Disney (the widow of Walt Disney) to the people of Los Angeles the city that had "done so much" for her and her late husband, Walt.
