Bundesautobahn 31 (translates from German as Federal Motorway 31) (short form Autobahn 31, abbreviated as BAB 31 or A 31) is a German Autobahn that connects the coast of the North Sea near Emden to the Ruhr area. It is also known as Emsland-Autobahn or East Frisian Skewer.

This is an overview of Emsland - Grafschaft Bentheim

Emsland is the name of a region on the river Ems in the western Lower Saxony and North Rhine-Westphalia in the north and east of the Netherlands. It is divided into the so-called Emsland Hanover and Westphalia.
Since then, a district in Lower Saxony, was founded with that name, are often referred to as a term landscape and community in one breath and confused.
