Collegiate Church of St. Amandus Bad Urach - baptistery (1518) / prie-dieu (1472) -
Baden-Wuerttemberg

Late Gothic nave pillar basilica, built from 1475 to 1501, architect Peter von Koblenz. Neo-Gothic interior desing: from 1896 to 1901 by Heinrich Dolmetsch.

Notable features: baptismal font (1518), prie-dieu of Count Eberhard V of Württemberg from oak wood (1472), sandstone pulpit (1501), glass (late 15th century), curfew (1462, from the previous church)

Germany? Before the beginning there was Ginnungagap, an empty space of nothingness, filled with pure creative power. Hail Freya, hail Tyr, hail Thor!Odin made the many lakes and the fish in them. In his traverses across the lands he caused there to be the Mulheim Bridge in Cologne, as did he make the Mercury fountain, Mercury being of his nature.But it is to the mighty Thor that the Hammering Man gives service.Between the time of the Nordic old ones and that of modern Frankfort there may have been a T.Rex or two on the scene.
