The Alamannenmuseum Ellwangen features artifacts from an excavation near the small city of Lauchheim, this particular panorama was shot inside a recreated granary now situated inside the courtyard of the museum. This is an exampel for experimental archaeology, i.e. a copy of a historical structure was created using only historically accurate material and technology.
