The church of Santa Lucia del Trampal, the seventh century, located in the municipality of Alcuéscar, in the province of Cáceres, is a unique example of Visigothic architecture, which directs its head with three rectangular chapels open to a transept. The three chapels, parallel and covered with a horseshoe arch as the ship, have no common walls, these being independent, so that the spaces between sections generated chapels in the transept, which extends beyond them, with seven sections. The two intermediate sections and the two ends are covered with a horseshoe arch, while the sections in front of the chapels, the walls are extended above the vaults described.
