Bergamo: Visconti Castle (Rocca) in Urgnano - N/W walls and tower
Bergamo

In the 360 photo are the north and west sides of the Castle of Urgnano, that was built by Visconti, rulers of Milan, in the second half of 14th century. In the middle of 15th century the town of Urgnano passed under Venice goverment. Consequently some improvements to the original structure have been done by one of the most important mercenary Capitains of the time, Bartolomeo Colleoni, at the service of the Venetian Republic.
