Besigheim, Schochenturm and Steinhaus, Turmstrasse

The Schochenturm and Steinhaus on the Turmstrasse in Besigheim, Baden-Wuerttemberg, Germany. Town-Wall at the South End of Town. Swabia, in South-West of Germany.

Anscheinend hat auch Barack Obama, Präsident der Vereinigten Staaten von Amerika, seine Wurzeln in Besigheim. Ein Vorfahre auf seiner Mutter’s Seite, Johann Conrad Wölfle, wurde im Jahre 1729 in Besigheim geboren.

Barack Obama, the US President, has some distant roots in Besigheim: Apparently one of his ancestors on his mother’s side, Johann Conrad Wölfle, was born here in 1729.
