I bought a BMW 116i SE (Vehicle ID no. VF97297, Reg. no. RA 08 ECN) from Car Giant , White City, London NW10 6RJ on 02-07-2013. Since the start of rain ie in the month of November 2013 one day, the car's back seat was found wet. And on removing the seat, I found a pool of water underneath! It took quite an effort to drain the water, dry the seat and the foam. During Christmas it rained again and the backseat was found wet once again ! I am completely baffled as to how a car can leak water and as to where this water is coming from despite all windows, doors being kept shut. I need help urgently. Please do advise asap. Yours sincerely, Dr. Hasanat M. Husain 32 Woodland Way, Woodford, Essex IG8 0QQ, UK E-mail : dr.hasanathusain@yahoo.co.uk

Conversation started today 14:59 Carrie Low I am from Malaysia and I bought a BMWX3xDRIVE20i on March 2013 at yr showroom (Sungai Besi Branch Malaysia) and on last Satruday (22/6/2013) the car broke down and sent back to bmw service centre. The report given from yr side are as below : Last Saturday 22/6/2013 we attended your X3 bearing WYC8663 at Jalan Kuchai Lama because car cant start. Sorry for any inconvenience caused regarding your vehicle. Then, we managed to jump start the car and drive back to our dealership for further diagnosis. Upon checking, the battery was not charged according to requirement. We found that the front power distribution box was faulty and not operating as it should. Unfortunately, this part require replacement and this part is not available and only available from Germany. It should take about two week time for the part to arrive. After the part arrival, we will check again on the charging system. Should everything works fine, you should be able to collect your car by then. Thank you for your patience. thankz & regard Ahmad Saiful Che Mee Customer Service Auto Bavaria Sg.
