    Hier ist uns der Sprung in das moderne Ägypten gelungen. Selbstverständlich berufen wir uns auf unsere Wurzeln und wagen viele Gerichte aus alten Zeiten in neuer Zubereitung. Dazu gehört eine sehr genaue Grundlagenforschung die bis in die Haushalte unserer Angestellten und auch von Gästen geht. Auch hier in Ägypten gelten die Gerichte von Mutter und Großmutter als die absolute Wahrheit. Da diese sehr subjektiv ist, versuchen wir ein Stück von Großmutters Kochkunst in die heutige Zeit zu retten.         Auch hier bekommen Sie als Gast der Azur Hotels Arabia, Arabella, Bel Air, und Giftun einen Sonderbonus. Wir rechnen Ihnen Ihr Abendessen auf die Speisen an. Wir haben sogar ein kleines Gourmet Menü für Sie vorbereitet und somit fallen für Sie nur die Getränkekosten an.

Egypt ; Arabic: مصر‎, Miṣr or Máṣr) is a country mainly in North Africa, with the Sinai Peninsula forming a land bridge in Western Asia.
