Brno by population and area is the second largest city in the Czech Republic, the largest Moravian city, and the historical capital city of the Margraviate of Moravia.
The clock is a black stone sculpture of a phallic shape with a clockwork inside. Every day it emits at 11:00 a clock ball. Created by sculptor Ulrich and Peter Rujbr Steinmetz.
