Brohovich Square.

Named in honor of the former director of nuclear production, the Production Association "Mayak". In the center of the square stands a monument to Prometheus, he is surrounded by beautiful gardens.

This is an overview of Ozersk

 

Озерск был основан в 1945 году, непосредственно после испытания первой американской атомной бомбы.
Город построен для работников атомной промышленности, в те времена впервые создаваемой в Советском Союзе.
Научное руководство атомным проектом поручили Игорю Васильевичу Курчатову. 
Вначале Озерск был самым секретным объектом Советского Союза. По сей день он закрыт для свободного въезда.
В настоящее время Озерск – современный, благоустроенный город.
В нем много культурных и образовательных учреждений.
Расположен Озерск в красивейшем месте Южного Урала, среди гор и озер.
