In Levico, in the enchanting Parco degli Asburgo, strolling through the streets that are often covered with snow, you can buy or simply just admire the local handicrafts including toys, decorations for Christmas trees, nativity scenes and typical products such as roasted chestnuts accompanied by a hot mulled wine, mountain honey, "luganega" and "mortandela" amongst many others.
Amongst the beautiful and majestic plants a journey unfolds which leads to the discovery of the tastes and flavours of Valsugana, dedicated to the local trentino-tyrolean culture with typical products, tastings, local specialities and locally produced crafts.

Trentino-Alto Adige/Südtirol consists of two provinces: Trento and Bolzano-Bozen. The region was part of Austria-Hungary (and its predecessor, the Austrian Empire) from 1815 until its annexation by Italy in 1919. Together with the Austrian state of Tyrol it is represented by the Euroregion Tyrol-South Tyrol-Trentino.
