This was Thanksgiving a bit early this year. It's dinner with the Prestons, family, and friends in San Ignacio Town, Cayo District, Belize. Lyndon Hess cooked this wonderful meal of ham with all the trimmings. The rest of us ate until we were ready to burst. Truly a wonderful meal.
