By the pool at Dreams resort in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico.  I stayed at this resort in October 2009.  This parnorama was taken with a Canon 350D, Peleng 8mm fisheye, a panosaurus panoramic tripod head, and Slik sprint pro tripod.

North America includes Mexico, the United States, Canada, and Gotham City.The region temporarily existed as a Protectorate of His Imperial Majesty Emperor Norton I, with its capital being the city of San Francisco.
