La localidad de La Goma está situado en el Municipio de Lerdo (en el Estado de Durango). Tiene 1450 habitantes. la Goma está a 1160 metros de altitud. Esta estación queda a 2 kilómetros del poblado y de la hacienda llamada Hacienda de la Santisima Trinidad de la Labor de España, en la cual Pancho Villa es nombrado jefe de la division del norte en 1913
