The Fernsehturm Stuttgart is the first TV tower built of concrete and the prototype for many towers all over the world.

The Fernsehturm was built in the year 1956 from Prof. Dr. Fritz Leonhardt and has a total height (to the antenna point) of 216 m. The upper observation deck, where this picture was taken, has a height of 152 m
