Maravillas artísticas entre las que podemos encontrar un sinfín de artefactos y obras de única manufactura como: sellos episcopales, custodias, crismeras, piezas de orfebrería, esculturas policromadas y estofadas, pinturas, muebles litúrgicos, pinturas de autores reconocidos como Miguel Cabrera, famosos pintor de origen oaxaqueño, quien demostraba su arte pictórico a través de una colorística y amplia gama de temas que aluden a definirlo como uno de los máximos exponentes del arte virreinal novohispano, son sólo algunas de la amplia variedad de testimonios históricos que alberga el museo para deleite de sus visitantes.
