Groenplaats
Belgium

Op de Groenplaats met ondergrondse parking zien we het standbeeld van P.P. Rubens. Het is van de Antwerpse beelhouwer Willem Geefs en staat er sinds 1843. Op de achtergrond de Onze Lieve Vrouwkathedraal. In 1805 werd het plein ingehuldigd en kreeg de naam: Place Bonaparte. Voorheen was het een begraafplaats: het Groenkerkhof.

Belgium is a country in northwest Europe. Founding member of the European Union, it covers an area of 30,528 square kilometres and has a population of about 10.7 million.
