Gunnision Bend Reservoir spillway
Utah

Releasing extra water from the Gunnison Bend reservoir in preparation for the melting of the snowpack in the mountains.  Winter 2010 and spring 2011 have been extremely wet this year.  The water will flow downstream to the Sevier dry lake bed.
