Villafranca de los Barros, municipio español, perteneciente a la provincia de Badajoz (comunidad autónoma de Extremadura). Villafranca de los Barros ocupa el centro de una dilatada cuenca de fértil tierra arcillosa, formando semicírculo las cercanas sierras de Alange, Hornachos y Fuente del Maestre.
