This is the cross-junction of  Keelung Road and Xinyi Road , also is  an access to the Xinyi Planned Area, an important junction on the west side, normally busy, so the Department of Information and Tourism of Taipei City Government to promote "2010 Taipei International Flora Expo", specially spending money, in the northwest corner of the Paste the Kam Lun Building Perspective membrane ads, hoping to play a "smoke-eye" effect. 

This junction is also the line of the Taipei International Marathon through , the runner run through the Keelung Road underpass  into the last mile sprint stage. In the same location of the Bridge, I also shot last year, hundreds of photos, there are the "2008 ING Taipei International Marathon photos" .
