About 25 Kilometers north of Würzburg you find "Karlstadt ", the county seat of the Lower Franconia district “Main-Spessart”. A landmark is the "Cat Tower" at the upper gatehouse. This beautiful gate tower (built 1350) is the southern entrance to the city.
