Koenigsplatz art museums
On a separate level directly above the platform of "Königsplatz" underground station the so called Kunstbau serves as a gallery for contemporary art. The yellow building was an artists villa and now serves as a museum for the collection of paintings by the world famous Blue Rider group of artists. Just behind the classical building is the Koenigsplatz with two more museums (one has a lovely Café inside). Also a nice place for open air events such as concerts.
