In Finland the slot machines are strictly controlled: the K-18 tags on the floor mark that the machines are only for 18 years or older. Usually a nearby merchant has the remote to shut down the machines if kids try to play them. Also, the slot machines are ran by not-for-profit state granted monopoly called Raha-automaattiyhdistys or RAY for short.
